Your data is collected and processed in order to allow VCSA, on the basis of your consent, to send you its newsletter, following the registration that you will have made via the Site and/or to answer your questions and requests following the contact form that you will have filled in and completed via the Site.

VCSA does not engage in automated decision-making (including profiling).

The following information will be collected as part of the processing carried out:

Your personal data will be stored on a VCSA local server and will also be hosted by our Swiss and French partners.
4) Recipients
Your personal data will only be communicated to the persons and departments concerned within VCSA in order to carry out the above-mentioned processing operations. It will not be passed on to commercial partners.
5) Shelf life
Data collected and processed for the purposes of registering for and sending newsletters is kept for three (3) years from the date of your last contact.
Data collected and processed as part of the contact form: this data is kept for the time required to process your requests for information and is deleted once the request for information has been processed.
